[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — return not received | |||
I purchased a shirt and got it delivered on 10th march but because of the fit had to return. Order was picked up on 12th march and it still shows in the app as stuck somewhere. Its been more than 15 days as compared to the 3 to 5 days return that they promise. I have emailed them and they say to have patience as its in transit. Transit for 16 days? Truly unprofessional.
