Exactly a year ago i shopped from koovs for my birthday i bought three items from there website a pair of shoe a jacket and a trousers trouser and jacket is very loose for me though it is smallest size available on their website and shoes are bit tight for me it seems like their size chart is faulty because i bought shoes in uk 6 which is my actual size my feet don't even get into the shoes they are that much tight but they gave me the refund of both the trouser and jacket and also exchange the shoes after few there is news on twitter by some youtubers that they are doing fraud by not sending parsal and not giving refunds at that time i stop buying things from koovs now after the 59chinease apps were banned every youtubers is talking about koovs about how good is this so i shopped 3 items from koovs this time a free size tshirt which is humungous i know free size is big but it is actually too much big for anyone 1 trouser which i don't know how i mistakenly order in 44 my actual size is 26 here 44 resemble to 34 and 44 is given first and all the sizes at least it is happen to me because i shop 26 which is always on first and lastly i shopped a skirt in size26 usually size26 in any brand is bit loose too me because i am very skinny but don't know how their 26 is very tight for me and i am dammn sure their size chart is faulty i shopped from them earlier as well so there is no thought in my mind about or refund i thought it was easy it was on other sites but when i received my order and when i try all the things not a single is of my size and i am very disappointed with that they mentioned about no return no exchange but it is barely visible i open koovs about 4to5 times a day i only that thing when this tragedy happens to me every other site offer exchange and refund policy and it is necessity for offline or even offline main issue is that there size chart is faulty what can i do in that or they changed their policies then they have to clearly mentions in emails and messages send by them my order no.
