[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — unable to log into koovs app with pending prepaid orders and refunds

I am unable to log into koovs with the registered credentials as it says it's an invalid user. Moreover, i have prepaid orders which have not yet been delivered since 30th sept, 2019.
Additionally i have not yet received a refund that sums up to ~2k for the prepaid orders i have already returned 14 days ago. Really disappointed with this as i have shopped there before and have never faced such issues.
I am not sure if i will ever get my orders and refund back as all their modes of communication including the customer care numbers have become inaccessible.

I just wanna buy some stuffs from koovs but when i complete my pre-order by upi it shows ur transaction is incomplete and my order doesn't place where my money is debited my my wallet please help me
