[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — What to return some items | |||
My daughter ordered some products, ordered 13 item, she want's to return few of them.she requested return order.but till now not accepted.now she left to us now i want to fallow up that, invoice data 2nd aug, 2016.order no 2327447, invoice no INV[protected]. payment mode online.company'vat tin [protected].we have mailed so many time.and made calls also but till date nobody came to take back the goods.so what are the options for me to take action against the company.
