[Resolved] Koovs.com — Money not refunded | |||||
I have done shopping with koovs.com and returned the product but my refunded amount is not given by koovs.com .Every time I try to contact they have new excuses . Please help me to get my refunded amount. My order No is 1844418 and 1844417. I have already given my account details to koovs.com but not refund procedure is started till date . because the status showing in my KOOVS account is same as it was earlier and I have the full institution that my refund will not be initiated by them until any action is taken against them.
