Koovs.com — no refund done for returned product

koovs gave me return coupon for a product i returned in novemeber and now when i thought o[censored]sing that coupon its showing expired. I have been writing them mails from last 10 days and called them so many times on their customer care number but it always keep saying all executives are busy and we will attend you shortly but no one does and no one ever replied to my emails. now i am reading so many bad reviews about koovs as they did this to so many people before, i wish i should have read review before shopping from them, i think this company should be closed, its fraud.
