Koovs.com — No refund received worst shopping site | |||||
I have done shopping with koovs.com and the stuff was really bad i have returned the product but they are not refunding my amount back to me. As i have called to their customer care many a time but they came up with new excuses every time. I think they are totally bluffing the customer. Although it is a gurgaon based company. Stuff are worst like 200rs shirts and they are selling it for 1200. My order no are 1844418 and 1844417. So, please help me to get my money back. Address of company: marble e-retail pvt. Same is happening with me. Koovs is just bull. Not received my money even after 20 days, and they are trying to make everyone fool.
