So, I had ordered these 2 t-shirts which I had successfully returned following the needful procedure correctly and keeping the terms and conditions in mind. Its been more than 2 weeks that the courier guy came and took the parcel and I have received no confirmation of receipt of the returned products by the company.
I was supposed to get a refund in terms of a promotional or return code which would let me buy something else from the webstore.
Despite constant efforts to make a call, which never really gets attended and mails which are hardly ever responded, after being done having tapped the company more than enough times, I never received an intimation by their end.
Even after having warned them to take advances to file a complaint, the company turns a deaf ear to the required support.
Its highly disappointing that they do so much of promotions, like the ads popping on this very website itself too, they have a very poor customer service.
I want a strict action to be taken against them so that they don't carry on this way deceiving the customers. Was this information helpful? |
