Koovs.com — Not refunding the amount as delivered defective product | |||
I bought a dress from koovs Order id: 1080957 on 12 may 2015 and they deliveed a defective product. After repeative calls to these people they arranged a reverse pick. There quality check continued for 10 days as informed to me every call Imade. And story doesn't end here, the customer care monkeys never pick up the calls and the supervisor monkeys are always in meeting. Once quality check over, they asked me to send the bank details and it took finance department idoits to approve that for another 5 days. Its been month now, the money hasn, t been refunded yet.
