I ordered 6 items via my order I'd 7533910.I didn't receive the red jacket in my delivery package, THE customer support doesn't pick up the call, It's over 22 days of delivery My order was delivered on 4 June. I have been complaining continuously through email and have sent the email more than 20 times but the only reply they does is we are looking into matter. I have already prepaid for the order and I didn't get the jacket I paid for, Think is the online fraud done here by Koovs. I there by registering the screenshot and mails I have sent them for confirmation Was this information helpful? | |||||
