Koovs.com — Payment through but order not placed and worst service ever | |||
I tried to order items on koovs app worth Rs 1090 on 3rd august. The payment was made but the order never got placed . So I wrote an email to [protected]@koovs.com with the screenshots of the bank reference number and also the items I intended to order . I got an automatic reply with a ticket number on 4th August .That's it . Since then I have been calling their helpline number[protected] . All I get is " your call is important to us. Our fashion care executives are currently busy " . Busy all the 7 seven days ??? I have written e-mails to the [protected]@koovs.com, Manish Tewari ([protected]@koovs.com) . Nobody seems to care to reply or call back . This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced . I need a refund of the money I paid . Was this information helpful? | |||
