I have ordered a 4 pair of maxi dress from koovs.com COD. the product was delivered to me on 29 August and to my shocking experience when i open the product none of the product was my order but all the 4 product are totally different from which i have order not in terms of size or color but a totally different. I quickly take pics of the product send mail to customer care for refund and in a meant time i have call up the customer care for refund and i did not ever ask for exchange as it was really disappointing. The customer care guy somehow convince me for exchange and i finally agreed and waited for the standard exchange procedure which they said 3-7 business days. After few days i call up and check the status of the exchange out of 4 product 1 product has been sold out hence they will refund my money back for that particular product in a mean time i some how got my exchange for 2 product on different days but 1 product is still not yet receive nor my money is not refunded. I have call up several times and sent multiples email about the issue. Today is 16 business days for which i am not getting my exchange and refund for the remaining 2 products.
