Koovs.com — Refund delay

The most pathetic and most frustrating website ever. My Order 1205916 placed on 3 august more than one month back for which product is taken back a long time ago but there is no effing update for refund. There site shows they received it on 1 September but all they are providing me with is a mediocre time frame of 48 hrs, dont know when there 48 hours will be over. Moreover i have constant email but there no reply from there end and there call center is worst of all. It does not get connected and constantly there executives are on someone else probably whole nation is fed up of there services and is complaining at same time. I want refund for the full order now. I just do not want to return one product. Refund my full amount asap or I will drag you to court.
