What is the problem, why I am facing this kind of problem even i have paid on time ? 2. Why is your service to slow? 3. how much time it will take to update ? 4. refund not credited

reverse pick up of the product had been done on 8th febtbut still no refund has been credited my calls aren't answered as customer care executives are always busy highly dissapointed
