Koovs.com — Regarding no response to return order | |||
Wtf is wrong with this company. I have been trying to reach them from last 3-4 days but no reply. I called to the number provided by Koovs many times but it's always busy none of their executive are available and I have sent them emails too but there too no response only an auto msg which says they will contact me within 24-48hrs but they didn't contact me till now. I wanted to return an item as it's size big. Their service is very poor they don't even have a toll free number. How can they ignore the customers like that. KOOVS is the worst online shopping site I have ever found. Their service sucks. I hope they improve it and resolve the problem ASAP. Am very disappointed and frustrated with their service. Excellent until you get stuck with the product you asked for. They don't care and mean to provide you any kind of service. They are not available so you can't contact them.
