[Resolved] Koovs.com — Return issue with order#1632106 | |||||
I requested for the return of the above order on 22 Jan 2016 but still waiting for that. As per their website, it should have done within 48-72 hrs. They don't even reply to my mail. Their service is worse than the material they provide. I am not sure when they will send courier for pick up and when they will refund after all checks. Don't know what shall I do next.
