Koovs.com — Returning/exchange problem

I ordered a dress from your site it was delivered within 3-5 days but it was ill-fitted so i wished to return it. But when i came along koovs' return policy. It didn't show any 'return' option. Although i got the product still it is showing 'in progress' due to which i am unable to get the return option. Kindly help me. Thank you. I am attaching the screenshots of my order being 'in progress' and being 'delivered'.
