I had places an order on the 11th of August. ORDER ID: 1235406 On receiving the product i wanted to place a reverse pick up as the size was big. No one answers the call. Have written more than 15 emails, not a single response, Only an auto msg which says they will contact me within 24-48hrs but they didn't contact me till now. This has been the most horrible, pathetic, frustrating website ever. I've come across. Still waiting for them to get in touch with me for the reverse pick up. There's no senior members contact person to get in touch, absolutely disgusting. Service sucks BIG TIME.
