Koovs.com — Wrong item shipped | |||
Hi my name is haq. And I ordered a cap and a T-shirt on koovs.com with order id 1207646 but I got a women's dress in my package instead. I tried calling them several times on there customer care number ([protected]) but nobody answers the call it goes to the recorded message straight away. I also have sent 2 emails on [protected]@koovs.com but no reply what so ever. Please find a solution for my problem and Kindly help me with this situation and I am never using koovs.com to shop again. Was this information helpful? | |||
