[Resolved] Koovs — Delivery of my packages | |
On 12th august 2020, i tracked my order to check the status and i saw it had been out to deliver. To my dismay, i did not receive it on that day. The next day, i waited for it com but it did not. Also, i did not receive any message with the agent's name and number. Today, 14th august and still no trace of the package. This is my first time buying from koovs and i'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied by it. I tried to call them and the automated voice told me to email them. I did email the team but they told me wait as they checked with their logistics and courier department. What is this behavior, koovs? Was this information helpful? | |
