Koovs — No response to queries and no processing of return request

I'd ordered this shoe online from koovs.com on the 9th Aug' 15. The product order wasn't processed for over a week. So I'd to re-place the order. Happened that I received both the products ordered and the return request hasn't been accepted. No response to mails or helpline numbers since over a week. I don't want the product anymore with such disappointing service. Kindly look into the matter. (Order no. 1228523 Date : 9th Aug'15 Re order no. 1264310 Date : 25th Aug'15 These orders had to be canceled and a return request is made for the same. Due to non delivery of the product during the expected period, three orders were placed. So kindly take the return for the products and refund the cash along with the fresh order -1278669 placed on 2.09.15. Kindly process the request before the delivery of the aforesaid order.
