I order shirt from koovs.com. Because of size issue i returned and request for refund my amount of sum 595/-

They pick up my return item same day. After 10 days i called there customer care they said that my return item is still in trans, still it not came to their warehouse.

Again after 10 days i called them but again the same answer from customer care.

Its almost more than 22 days but still not got my refund amount.

Fraud and fake company.. Worst services
