[Resolved] Koovs.com — Helpline number always busy | |||
I bought a dress from koovs and returned it. I got a coupon of that amount and I purchased a trouser of lesser value. Now I want the coupon of the remaining amount but their helpline number is always busy. I have been calling them for days but it's always busy. I have also mailed them several times regarding the same but still not getting any reply. Was this information helpful? | |||

My issue has been resolved. Yesterday I mailed them back to back 6-7 times and today I got a call from them. They apologised for the delay stating that it was due to sale rush and issued me the coupon. Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
