[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — distressed skinny jeans - cheating customers of their time and money | |||
I had placed an order (Id 6441214) for a pair of jeans on 12th of july and it's been more than a month but still i haven't received the order. Also i have called the customer care a numbers of time and they told me that the warehouse has been shifted so that's why my order is in pending list. Whenever i called them they says "please be rest assured that we have already escalated your concern for priority dispatch and as soon as the order is successfully shipped you will receive a notification email." This is totally unethical. Holding up customers money for more than 40 days and then keeps on giving false promises. The same situation happened with another order (Id 6217830) where in they cancelled the order after holding up my money for more than 30 days. This is how they treat their regular customers.
