[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — order id:6644513 | |
I returned the above mentioned order 14days ago and there is still no progress on the order. The quality check is pending and no refund has been initiated. I have contacted the customer service multiple times but everyone says they will get it done but it’s not happening. According to their policy it’s not supposed to take more than 7-10 working days. I have all the screenshots and call recordings and ready to file a complaint to consumer’s court anytime. Was this information helpful? | |
