[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — order issues | |
I placed three orders which contain 6 items on 24th sept 2019 and 27th sept 2019. One of the items had been delivered but the rest are not even dispatched yet. I can't even track these orders as they are not dispatched from the warehouse. I'm not satisfied that i did not receive any information from the company. The order id are - 6850556, 6848989 and 6816429. I would like the company to ship these orders as soon as possible and if they are not shipping these orders, i will never ever place a single order again from this company.
