I have ordered a jumpsuit, order id: 6910421. On 4th october and it's still showing ' in progress'. I have already cancelled multiple orders due to the same problem. If the problem still continues then i'm gonna have to stop ordering from this site. Some of my previous orders have been delivered in just 3 days and now this happens.
