I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Kotak Securities.
I have started my journey with Kotak on 18th Jan 2022.
Since account opening to till date I have faced many challenges.
Based on your commitment, I thought Kotak would provide good services So I decided to continue my journey with you.
Apart from that, I have transferred my existing Portfolio to Kotak including stock and MF.
After several follow ups I was able to transfer my M[censored]nits to my Kotak Account.

While transfering, I was not informed that your M[censored]nits will not reflect in your portfolio.
However, there is a problem with M[censored]nits that these units are not displaying in my Portfolio.
1. INVESCO INDIA CONTRA FUND - GROWTH
2. KOTAK FLEXICAP FUND -GROWTH OPTION
3. SBI SMALL CAP FUND REGULAR GROWTH
4. SBI SMALL CAP DIRECT FUND - BOUGHT THROUGH KOTAK SECURITIES LTD. (ONLINE) (Earlier It was Showing)
Again for this concern, I raised my voice to customer care on the phone as well through email but there is no response.

I request you to solve my issue as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to close my account considering poor service and never recommend Kotak Securities to anyone.
