This is regarding unauthorized trade done in my trading account.
I have my trading account in arihant capital markets ltd (Pune) branch as one of employee and branch manager named navin rajole (Dealer) and pulkit jain (Branch manager) cheated me and did trading in my account without my permission as a result of which i suffered huge losses.

This is regarding unauthorized trade done in my trading account.
I have my trading account in arihant capital kota (Rajasthan) branch as one of employee named rohit singh cheated me and did trading in my account without my permission as a result of which i suffered huge losses.
I was told by mr. Ram babu vijay (Owner) on many occasions that my amount will be refunded and he will repay me the amount by deducting it from rohit's salary as he accepted the crime but since then i have not been credited by a single penny but airy talks. As a result i am hereby writing this mail.
Also i have got all the proofs regarding this and call recordings in which both rohit and ram babu vijay accepted that i have been cheated for the same.
I demand you to credit the appropriate amount in my account and take strict action towards the culprits so that in future no customer suffers from the such mishappenings.
Below are the details for fraudulent trade occurred in my account.

But few months back i witnessed very unprofessional behaviour from your side as one of your employees named rohit singh cheated me and did trading in my account without my permission as a result of which i suffered huge losses.

NCFM certificates : Capital Markets Dealers Module & Derivatives Markets Dealers Module being used by Arihant Capital Markets Ltd . I want to discontinue the same. Certificate still in use even after sending repeated requests of releasing the same. Ncfm Id [protected]

I had opened a sub-broker account with Arihant capital
markets ltd. at their Alwar city branch in Rajasthan state.


The worst service I am facing in my life from the manager of
the branch Mr. Deepak.


Ist he gave me too much problem for account opening. Even after
visiting my office, he had not completed all the formalities in single sitting.
Later he completed documents in 6 times. Every time he told a single document
to send and when we ask for ID, again he tells a new document to send.


In this process 4 months passed and all my clients gone
away.


Due to this worst service, before 20 days I given a request
for account closure but till today I have not received my deposited amount. From
today morning I called 5 times at Alwar branch to talk with him but he is not
coming over phone. Other people are telling that he is not in the office, while
the office people told me that they have made NEFT for my deposit on Monday.


When I asked for NEFT number, they didn`t have any reply for
it and cut the phone.


Is this type of service Arihant giving to his customers?


Definitely I will not recommend Arihant to anybody.

this to reference to my wife smt arpita joothawat demate a/c i send 75 shares of Punjab woolcomber ltd and the DP had held up above shares more than 2 years in there dtowres and in mean time price of shares has gone to 2 rs to 40 and again Rs 2/

the nature of attitude applied by the above named DP has supported the promoters and send back the my shares and now company is delisted


please take appropriate action on this company and DP licence to be cancelled
