I booked 5 seats in K P Travels on 25-May-2014, which is 17 seats Tempo Traveler bus, from Pune to Shirdi on 25th May night journey 11.00 PM over call on cell number +91 [protected] as provided on K P Travels website (http://www.kptravels.co.in/index.html).
On the departure time we had issue on Travels being late by 1 hr. already at my pickup point Kalewadi Phata. Then we were informed that 17 seats Tempo Traveler bus has been canceled & KP travels guys have arranged TOYOTA QUALIS & Chevrolet Enjoy cars, which was not I had booked for journey we are then asked to pay extra for 1 seat if we wish to go for journey I had conversation with booking agent over a call stating that we can’t afford to pay extra amount & we are not ready to pay extra money even if we have to cancel our journey, anyways we have not opted for traveling by Car instead we ha select option of travelling by Tempo Traveler bus which costs Rs.799 per head which totals to Rs.3995/- for 5 seats, including breakfast & door to door drop service.
After finishing call with booking agent, he gave call to Car driver, they had some conversation & we were asked to sit in car & go for journey we were already late to leave for journey. We reached late on our destination (Shirdi) missed our plan to attend morning Kakad Aarti but still we didn’t made any objections & understood the situation that we left late for journey (mistake not being ours but of KP travels).
Breakfast served to was extremely pathetic, we were constantly being told that we are late by Car driver & were asked to complete all our as soon as possible.
On returning from journey once we reached back to Pune we were asked to pay Rs.1000 extra I don’t know why. I gave call to booking agent to understand the reason on extra money being asked to be paid for our side but she was very un-cooperative & constantly keep saying “Sir, aapko paise toh dene padenge aapko hamne special Car se journey provide ki hai” & was kept saying that it’s not our mistake it was from your side that Tempo Traveler bus was canceled at last moment & you provided us this car as substitution to cover/overcome your mistake.
As we refused pay extra Rs.1000/- we were threatened that KP travels will file a complaint in police station if we don’t Rs.1000/- to them. After asking them about this wrong doing, they pathetically argued with me and & started shouting over call.
