Complaint against KP Travels
We have booked a Tempo Traveler in your Travels (K.P. Travels) on the day of 31st of May 2014, for a revision trip from Pune to Shridhi. Accordingly travel commenced and reached at shiridi by 2.00 PM after visiting the Shani Temple.
Since, there was a heavy rush (being summer Holidays) in Darshan, the Q System, some delay occurred and we have not purposely delayed the Darshan timings.
After Darshan, when we visited the parking point, the travelled vehicle was not available and the driver has taken vehicle in advance by 6:30 PM itself, causing inconvenience with family members, being elderly citizen with my other co-passengers.
This is highly, irregular on the part of the driver, which is found to be uncomfortable and unbelievable for future trips with your concern.
This has caused with the misbehavior and unreliable attribute of the driver without prior information, even though, he has received the entire payment before reaching the place. This is not correct.
Mobile contact, could not be done, since the taking away of the mobiles, camera etc are being prohibited during Darshan. At least, some alternative arrangement could have been done by the driver before he leaves shiridi.
Because of the incident, I was forced to make an unwanted, additional expenditure of Rs.5000 excluding toll charged for the two CABS arranged late in the night by me.
So your service is not believable and not up to your offer and our satisfaction also.
