Yes you are right because there was no. Legal agreement and the co. Address is also fake they call and case no. Provided me which was fake after it they send me legal notice in the name of legal department and name of advocate which is fake so. I will not pay him a single amount to him and also suggest you don't paid him any amount to him and save him self
Now my case is resolved
I've been charged 7500 for not submitting my assignment as i was out for job interviews.And the advocate says if you want to continue you'll have to pay 3months registration fees and you'll get the assignment in next 2days.
And if you want to terminate the bond from this company you'll have to pay 12000 as the bond was for 11months.
I called the KPC CUSTOMER SERVICE she don't talk well also don't provide the management no.and the management no.which u have is switched off.
And the advocate keeps on calling.
Please suggest something.

They should've Called ke before filling case against me.i was traveling back from a job interview and i had to submit on 10th may but i forgot and they directly filled a case agian u me on 11th that's want the Advocate said. And the panelty charges was 4900 but he charged me 7500.
Is this thing a scam 'coz even if i work and submit my assignment on time, they'll somehow find a way ti charge money.
As i saw the reviews of many. And they prove so.

Just do one thing post a complaint over this site regarding what happened with you and block all their numbers and do not pick their calls. They will try their best to harrass you in the name of legal action but don't worry when there's no legal agreement they can't do anything against you. Remember they have everything planned and fake, they may send you some court order too which is also fake.
