My name is Akshay kumar AR. I saw a add regarding this company related to online home base work. I received a message from Aditi phone no [protected] the details of this work She told me i need to complete 1500 forms in 10 days and i need to achieve 90% accuracy and if i am not able to complete the given work on time or i fail to achieve 90% accuracy i need to pay 4900 as penalty And they sent me an agreement and told me to send them my email id and aadhar card on whatsapp completed the work and submitted it in 10 days with more then 90% accuracy After 1 day i received a email saying i had not meet the accuracy level and i was liable to pay them 4900 within 4.30 pm As they had already mentioned about 4900 i paid them the money before 4.30 pm
After some time i received a call frm KAMAL THAKUR advocate saying as i am canceling the bond with KPV I need to pay cancellation charges 15500 within 5 pm otherwise a case will be issued against me and all the expenses incurred during hearing of the case would be paid by me and a legal notice would be sent to my address. I told him priorely i was never informed about this bond (NOC) for which i will be requiring to pay 15500 nor its mentioned in the agreement which was provied to me from this company, he told me its never mentioned in any agreement, if within the time period u r cancelling the bond then you have to pay rs15500 otherwise u will have to face the consequences. I didnt pay 15500 but i am constantly receiving calls and msg from this advocate harassing me to pay the money.

And after searching about this company in google i got to know that it is a fraud company and many have been already cheated by them .After rechecking the forms submitted by me i got to know that i had not made any mistakes they simply said i didnt meet 90% accuracy and made me pay rs 4900 I have attached screenshot of the agreement, sms and email sent by them Please take some actions against this company
