Yesterday, 31august, 2018 i haven't received any delivery of black georgete dress but company is sending me msg of delivery of my prepaid order no.[protected]. Its tracking number is[protected]. From last 12 hours i'm not getting any reply or response from kraftly.com regarding dress ordered by my spouse if i didn't get the delivery than where is my ordered parcel. Plz help me

Updated by prem [email protected] I did not get any delivery and kraftly is sending msg about return of delivery order no.[protected].if I did not get any package than how could I return plz resolve my problem and they r not picking their phone
