I have made a emi payment at first in app its shows success but I get msg failed so u think i have to do again and done then it show successful money debited two times then after one month still now I didn't get refunded amount back yet then I realise complaint but the krazy bee staff said that its paytm problem then I file complaint to paytm there saying no money debuted then where hell is my money gone I have rotate to both but I didn't...

My lon is not be approved in this lon is my cibil is active pliss updated my cibil...

I have showing wrong working loan in my cibil by vivriticap PLZ update it...

I had taken 2 loans with Krazybee 2 years back and I paid all my EMI's on time and all the loans got completed on time but after 2 years also they have not completed the loans from their end .
It's affecting my cibil score as it's gone so bad that I'm not able to get any loans from any bank.
I have sent multiple emails to the Krazybee team regarding this but they are not even responding on this.

My cibil score is poor because of the the wrong outstanding update.
I have not taken any loan in krazybee app, then how can i see the pending balance in the name of this app!? Its effecting my future. I need the immediate clarification about this.

Actually i had paid all my due payment 18 months before but still my acount shows active in cibil. I have reached to krazybee customer care several time but they do nothing...
I will attach here krazybee's application detail containing all loans closed and also cibil report where all are still active.
Please do something as it continuously decreasing my credit score. As right now i started my career, if these things not getting...

Hello sir my name is mohammad muneebur rahaman khan and i have take the loan from krazybee (Finnovation tech solutions) when i was in college and i have closed all my loans year ago and still it is showing me 2 active loans in my credit report and my credit score of 890 and it gone to 446 due to krazybee and i have mailed them there was no reply from them and i am not going to leave this issue because my credit score has been gone too low...
