Muthoot regarding personal loan soa and noc

I have paid the full amount as per the foreclosure letter share by muthoot on 25th JULY 2025 regarding the loan account # PLBLR005589 and shared the payment/transaction screenshots also over email to [protected]@muthootgroup.com on the same day ie, . 25th july.

Need SOA and NOC of personal loan

I have taken a personal loan of Rs. 22000/- from muthoot finance in July 2022 and loan has been closed on Apr 2023. All emi auto debited and timely paymented but muthoot mentioned DPD in my cibil after 6 month and does not closed.

Gold auctioned without knowledge

This is really unethical and extremely shocking that I came to know my Gold loan MSL/014708 from Muthoot Santekatte Udupi, taken in Aug 2020 was auctioned in Nov 2021 and that I am getting to know about this last week.

Gold Loan Interest Penalty charges

HI My Customer id-[protected].Yesterday 15/11/2022 my gold rate intrest was due.Im far from my loan branch i used to pay via imuthoot pay or website..since since evening muthoot app and website was undermaintennace till end of the day.morning when i checked branch they said penalty charges for the overdue which is not fair because of their issue.

Gold Loan Payment done through gpay but amount not reflecting in Muthoot gold loan account

I had done partpayment of my gold loan through gpay but amount not credited into my gold loan account however it was deducted from my bank account. I checked with gpay they told transaction was successful hence kindly check with the merchant. I had attached my gpay transaction screenshot kindly check and credit the amount into my gold loan account else refund the amount....

Incorrect Loan reported to my Cibil

Muthoot upi payments

UPI payments done through Googlepay. Amount debited but not credited to muthoot. When complaint to Googlepay they said transactions is successful but muthoot says no amount received amount debited 48000. Attached the upi transactions numbers. Both the transactions done on 29/08/2022. Through muthoot online payment system. So please take an action regarding these transactions and my refunds....
