I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Krazybee / CreditBee for multiple threatening messages sent to my daughter's phone number. The messages demand payment for a loan that neither I nor my daughter has taken.
My daughter is a minor, and it is deeply troubling and distressing for her to receive such messages. These actions are not only unethical but also illegal as they involve harassment and intimidation of a minor.
The phone number receiving these messages is [protected]. I request you to immediately cease all such communications to this number and to investigate this matter urgently. I also expect a written confirmation that this issue has been resolved and that no further actions will be taken against my daughter.
If this harassment does not stop immediately, I will have no choice but to take legal action to protect my daughter's rights and well-being.
