Active loan showing cibil report not updated

I am writing to formally request the resolution of an issue related to my loan account with KrazyBee (Loan ID: KB241027GXCYA). I successfully completed the repayment of my loan on[protected], but my account has not been updated and still appears active.

complaint regarding threatening messages sent to a minor

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Krazybee / CreditBee for multiple threatening messages sent to my daughter's phone number. The messages demand payment for a loan that neither I nor my daughter has taken.

My daughter is a minor, and it is deeply troubling and distressing for her to receive such messages. These actions are not only unethical but also illegal as they involve harassment...

Loan is showing active

My loan amount of 1727 is showing as active but it was closed 5yrs 11months before due to this I am not able to get new loan. Can you please suggest a way to close this....

I have received a message for some unknown person names Gagan_Sharma, that a police case will be filed against him, for a pending loan amount.
But I don't know him, than why am getting these messages and spam calls?...

Cibil showing wrong loan information which I paid already

I have paid my loan before 4 years but still it is showing that i am not paid. Because of this my cibil score is too low and i cant avail any loan because of this. Could you please help me with that. I have marriage on this year and i want to take loan for that. This is very disappointed me and it gives me more stress. If it is not resolved i am going to take leagal action against the company...

Regarding closing my loan

I have taken a loan from krazybee in 2018 and i got delayed paying my amount back. but i have payed my loan closing amount on 24 december 2021 and given a request for closing my loan. but it is still showing my loan is active and yet i see one more similar loan created by iifl finance with late payments which has ruined my credit score very badly. and i tried connecting krazybee and info line finace by not response and still my loan is active...

i am getting fake msgs and calls from Krazybee that someone takes two wheeler loan from Krazybee and used my phone number . the loan is issued in the name of Darvesh kumar.

i dont know who the hell is he. and i have never taken any loan amount from Krazybee.
