KrazyBee — Fake loan showing

Fake loan showing on my cibil report
I never used Krazybee app and I didnt take any money from it. But my cibil report is showing that I have taken a loan of 350 from that app in 26- Apr 2023. This is negatively affecting my cibil score. I raised a dispute in cibil but in vain. I wanted to check directly in the Krazybee app, but its not available now, it seems that its banned.
