KrazyBee — Unapplied loan in my credit score

I was working with few banks for getting a person loan and I came to know the subject company name was appearing in my cibil as active and pending for closure.
I hearby confirmed that I haven't received any funds from krazy bee. Hence please assist me in closing this application. Let me know what can be done as well from my end
