I have purchased 1 Kg India Gate Brown Rice Jar from the market which was sealed pack and i was shocked to see a bird's wing inside the jar.
This has been purchased on the occasion of Teej festival in my house but due the adulterated product my festival got ruined and got humiliated between my family members and relatives.
The shopkeeper straight away refused to do anything and also refused to take back sold goods.
You are requested to kindly change the above mentioned product and pay compensation amount for the humiliation faced by me or else we are going to file a complaint against the company before consumer court, MRTP and appropriate legal forum at your risk, expense and responsibility.
