Despite being a regular payee to all loans taken and a promise of handing the matter within 7 working days and now amounting to more than that maximum. I am yet to get my loan approved. Is this one of the things that you lure customers for your own convenience despite the urgent need. Well we can take this loan shark app to levels that will discredit you more than myself. After paying in time also they are not solving my problem it has been 2-3 months still the same issue if rather can't handle they can atleast say that but no here they are still with the same problem don't see any importance in solving their customers problems.
