As I mailed your email [protected]@ kreditzy.com many times regarding this problem they only say rbi guidelines we have no option to change the Restructure status if you are following rbi guidelines then how you minus my cibil in such case rbi says it's relaxation for borrower and you are playing both side one side you restructured my loan account in cibil and other side damaged my cibil it's six months now I paid in full i am still facing losses if you a little shame take an action.

    I do not want any loan from them or anyone.. they annoy me so much by calling me on my number.. ever day 3-4 calls, from different different numbers.. damn annoying

              I have paid my repayment of loan and still they haven't updated it. The repayment has been made but still they have not updated and I can see that the loan is still active when I pulled out my Experian credit report but in their application it is closed. I have emailed them so many times regarding this and shared the screenshot of the payment receipt but still there is no proper response from there end. Because of this am unable to avail any loans and am in need of money for emergency purpose. Kindly do the needful

                                      Disbursal of loan and server error by kreditzy

                                      Despite being a regular payee to all loans taken and a promise of handing the matter within 7 working days and now amounting to more than that maximum. I am yet to get my loan approved. Is this one of the things that you lure customers for your own convenience despite the urgent need.
