Dear Krisom members,
As u must be aware that a group of 80 members from Ghaziabad, Bhiwadi, Panchkula & Chattarpur(Delhi) who were cheated by Vivek Dixit have filed a case in National Consumer Court (NCDRC), Delhi against Krisom Club, Chairman & CEO Golden Tulip Hotel & Manager General Golden Tulip Hotel, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.
We have been approached by some more members who could not be the part of this case earlier, requesting us to included their names as well in NCRDC Case.
So, we were trying hard to have an opurtunity so that they could also be the part of 80 members group can fight the case jointly & can be benefited for seeking a claim of about 2 Crs.
In case any other members are willing to joins us pl give a call to me (Mob-[protected]) or Sanjeev Mehra ([protected]) to guide u as required.
Pl note this is fortunately, the last opportunity to join us & become the part of NCDRC Case.
This call has been made with the consent of H'ble NCDRC Court i.e. National Consumer Court Delhi."
