My name is Pallavi Verma living in Bangalore. I will be going onsite with my husband for a year and hence wanted to sell my opel corsa bearing reg no KA 19MB 0066(registered in my father in law's name, B. Shivananda Bhat). Unfortunately my husband landed up in one of your showroom KROPEX INDIA LIMITED, Singasandra, Bangalore. They informed him about the car evaluation system and one of your employee(used car evaluator) came to our house on June 01 2014 named Rajnikanth (attached his photo)to do the same. He then quoted us Rs 50, 000 for our car and asked immediate delivery. He had all the papers in the company letter head. He handed over the Delivery note of the car(the same is attached in the mail). I constantly tried reaching Rajnikant but he was not reachable. Finally my husband approached the company to get my payment and found that the guy has absconded. Your company asked us to lodge an FIR which we have done at Electronic city police station, Bangalore. However we blame the company completely and i need my money/Compensation!!. I am supposed to travel next week and this has put us in a big mess.We needed the money immediately hence sold the car in trust of your company. Now we are completely helpless and running around to all the police stations for this mess your employee has created for me.
