This is a complaint regarding your sales/service agent "Jai Prakash"- [protected] who has taken my documents in the name of Hypothecation cancellation and giving false promise whenever I make a call for this. Can you kindly ask him to return my Original RC copy ASAP. I can't take it any long and wait for years to get this small work done and will do it myself.
I am sure, you will take this matter seriously and would help me get my document at least the RC copy immediately.

    Worst service provided by this center.

    Given the car for servicing, and asked to fix the gaping of the left front bumper, but instead of fixing it, they returned as damaged car back to us.

      Got our Tata Punch Adventure delivered on June 9th from Kropex Koramangala branch, but had to hear false promises and excuses ever since, worse customer service ever....

      Commitments are not kept for Nexon ZXA+ HS Apr-2022 booking with written 20-22 week waiting time and EDD Aug-2022. Always cooked up details are shared by representatives working on allocation and will meet Aug-2022 EDD.
      After today's phone calls, today informed that the vehicle is not allocated and no delivery time information.

      PS: DO NOT give me semiconductor reason when other automatic variant & Color is being built

      In such a scenario why the booking has been taken when the mfg forecast is not clear? How other dealers/states are getting very same automatic vehicles with much less waiting period.
      Why no centralized tracking reference number and link shared before adding allegation to perform delivery via back door (May be)?

        Hello Team,

        I have TATA Altroz 2020 model.
        vehicle have rattle noise form 1 year. visited showroom and showed the issue, show room people saying issue fixed.

        after 2 days issue reproduced again.

        Similar with Gear shifting.. same problem..

        Kropex TATA showroom, Hosur Road i purchased my vehicle, for service also visited same show room.

        with in 1 month i visited 4 time for same issue, issue not resolved.

          I have booked the car on April 29th 2021 and it's already been 6 months completed till now car not allocated.

          I am seriously fed up with this service and getting irritation on your behaviour and please take this as high priority.

          Patience matters anybody can loose patience I can not put all my words here will understand the pain.

            I gave my vehicle KA53ME0098 for servicing at kropex motors on 24th of august, got it back on 26th evening, i have concerns on below topics.

            1.Technician told ball joints has to be replaced, and it cost around 1200rs to customer. Now i see ball joints are covered in P2P, Technician promise me that he will replace non functioning parts, which are covered in p2p. But he told ball joints are not covered in p2p over the phone call.

            I trust kropex and came here for servicing from Hoskote side which is 35kms away, I gave complaints on noise of ball joints while giving the vehicle for service. Now my car is almost nearing 60000kms. Even though it covets in p2p, it was not done.

            2. Why the holding clips at dikky area were broken and left unfitted. Now they are not fitting properly. Not completed service properly even though i gave 2days time for servicing.

            Similar incident happened in the last servicing, Ac knob was broken during servicing, after i question technician on this he told it does not cost much but he will fix it in the next service, now when i check the same with new technician is saying complete knob set has to be replaced for which it cost 1500rs to me.

            3.. In the bill breakup, why 560rs of HANDLING CHARGES FOR SUPPLIER PARTSA/C FILTER CLEANING DONE is seperatelt changed, when it should be covered in MAJOR SERVICE (EVERY 15000 KMS) chanrge of 2124 rs.

            Charges looks not transparent. If customer accepts amd does not question back, they change all the parts of the car even though it is not really required.

              Major complaint mentioned in the service was not resolved and company is not preferable to check and resolve the issue in the customer timings making customer to leave all the work and stay for 6 hours in their showroom on weekdays only.

              We can understand the company's busy hours but its the company's responsibility to solve the issue and deliver it in service itself which got failed.

                You have provided a service at the cost of rs 7, 228 for my vehicle and it is so bad that my whole holiday is ruined.
                History : I had given the vehicle for servicing as the car engine seized. They took six months and they kept on escalating the price of repair from initial 40, 000 to 60, 000 all towards the end cost me close to 2, 00, 000 lakhs. Over and above this, you took 6 months to repair a seizure and you could not be transparent to me whether you could repair the car or not. If i was aware of the cost for performing this repair i would have put it on Junk rather than get it repaired as the value of the car is as much. If that was not enough few of the parts of the vehicle were(misplaced or stolen) including a Jack, the car mats and the step knee mat. And it was clearly told my the service manager that the AC could only be turned on after 5000 kms of running. I put all the behind understanding the challenges. But now i went for the next service after 7, 500 kms and this is what i have. My AC still does not work, my Jack is still misplaced and not give to me, and i have not seen a service till date where Viper liquid is not filled. If you think even this is tough to be done, air in a wheel is not checked before giving the vehicle. Is this the service i get for the amount of money i pay for your services? could not you be more shamed to at-least give provide what you charge for what you promise. I had bought this vehicle based on recommendation from one of your employees who happens to be my friend too. Till date with the performance i get from the car i was very happy with it and had recommended it to several of my friends. But in the past one year I am so vexed of your service that this would be the last Chevrolet i would ever buy and i would never recommend one to anybody. Would you be shamed enough to get this done instead of cutting sorry faces or throwing excuses. Though might not even get it serviced in your service center leave alone buying another chevrolet car.

                  I am facing this major issue with my chevrolet beat car.
                  During rain lot of water was entering car. This water wont dry off. During regular servicing service adviser suggested that this is due to rusting door.
                  I am shocked to see quality of material provided by gm that door started rusting in 4th yr. I have taken extended warranty from gm.

                  I have done all servicing at gm authorized center kropex at hosur road banglore.

                  I have requested to gm and kropex to replace door as i have extended warranty.
                  But i am not getting any response back. I wrote multiple emails.

                    I have Purchased the Vehicle with extended warranty from Kropex and they the denying that the Vehicle warranty is expired. When i showed the Extended warranty start and end time, the sayiung it is a tying mistake and it cannot be covered under warranty.

                      I have given the car for service at Kropex 3 days back for 60K service and today after 3 days, they told me parts are not available. They don't have the courtesy to call the customer and inform. Not sure what they were doing for 3 days to realize that they don't have the part. GM has the worst service network in india and the reason why they are among the bottom 10% in terms of market share.

                        They replaced only non metallic parts when I repaired my car after an accident. The insurance guys and employees play a very cheap game. They repaired the front fender and there are lot of gaps in the body. Asking me to pay for the fender if it needs to be replaced. And they steal the old parts and sold it to scrap dealers. Whenever we call then they say they are on leave and ask us to come after few days. Then say you are late we dumped it off. Complaint to Chevrolet is also not working.

                          My name is Srikanth, I bought Chevrolet Beat at Kropex in Dec 2011, Vehicle Number KA02 MF 9874.
                          I was totally happy and convinced by the promises made by the sales guy and decided to buy the Car at Kropex though I had a very good deal with Trident Chevrolet.

                          Everything went well for few weeks, but I noticed there was big problem with my car windshield (Mist formation) when it rains. The mist used to never clear from outside of windshield even after trying all the options with AC, Wiper etc.. advised by the service guys. One day I and my wife were stuck near Residency Road around 10 PM because of the same problem and we almost missed a major accident. I stopped the Car and immediately, called 24/7 Breakdown service at Kropex, the guy said that he will come in one hour ( he was totally drunk). We waited for more than 2 hours and again called back and he never picked the call after that, we were literally on the road for the whole night waiting for the breakdown service engineer.
                          After few days I had been to Kropex for servicing and reported the same thing to the Service Manager, Ramesh Raja. He and the service guys also noticed that there was a problem with the Car windshield, they took photographs and said they will contact GM and replace in just few weeks and he said that they have done some AC settings also and I need not worry, I said I can't take the car until the problem is solved as I wouldn't want to take any more risks. But he said nothing will happen and he will call me back in a weeks time. After that I never got a call from him. I have emailed, called many a times but never got the response from Kropex.


                          With in few weeks, when it rained I had the similar problem and met with a minor accident resulting a small dent on the left door of my car (In fact missed a major accident again) . Today I've been to Kropex again for my next service and spoke to the customer relations manager, Service Advisor and asked them to fix the dent as it was caused due to the windshield problem and was not my mistake at all.

                          No one gave me the explanation why they never responded to my emails and calls, neither they responded well today and were trying to just escape from me. They made us wait for almost 4 hours and said they can't do anything as their service manager Ramesh Raja quit the job.
                          They asked me to escalate this issue to the VP Operations, Shubhalaxmi P Alva. I have sent a mail and explained everything, neither she responded to my emails.
                          I have never seen such a worst showroom in the world, they never care about customers including the Vice President.

                          I sincerely request you to look in to this and take an immediate action against Kropex Chevrolet.
                          Please let me know if any more details are required from my side, I have all the emails as well with me.

                          Very very bad service done in kropex, no one is responding to the issue, what I compliant
                          they painted the vehicle like hand painting not like Robert painting and bumper was not properly fixed, I asked them to fit that properly, they said it is not possible. After billing they are not responding...

                            Kropex India Ltd. has employees who steal things from your car. I lost my 3D mats costing Rs. 7000 in kropex service center. They could not help me in finding it. Once you leave your car for service you will not be informed and you should follow up them. If you call up them they will never call you back. Ensure that the inventory is correctly mentioned in job sheet before signing it, If not you loose your things.

                              Hi Friends,

                              I felt very disappointed when the dealer told me that the vehicle booked by me has been delivered to some one else.

                              I have booked a Chevy Beat dealer told it has 2 months waiting period, after 10 days of booking dealer called me told my vehicle will reach in 5 days i felt happy and arranged the finance and other formalities.

                              Dealer kept on postponing for 1 month, when i asked in detail they told my vehicle has arrived and its been given to someone else saying the reason i was out of town.I was not out of town.

                              They just gave vehicle to some one else, now rate of interest has gone up and road tax also increased. When i asked them to give discount, "Not Possible" is the answer.

                              Can i take a legal action. I have mail communication and Vehicle Chassis number allotted to me.

                              Please guide. And also make sure u dont buy from this fellows.

                              Pls avoid kropex if possible.

                              Yes, Kropex is the worst showroom in Bangalore. Please do not purchase cars in this showroom, also do not give for servicing as well.
                              All employee's are Liars in Kropex.

                                I have booked a BEAT on 7th March on confirmation from Kropex India saying that the car will surely be delivered by 31st March. Despite my request that if they cannot commit, then I would have other car options where I can get a delivery before that date.
                                On 29th March, I have been told that the car might come only by 15th April and that I have to pay an additional Rs 7000 approx as new taxes leived from April 1st. This point was raised well in advance and he assured me that he will get a car delivered before 31st March and had taken a downpayment of Rs 1 Lakh.
                                Today I am told that if I want a car by 31st, then I can go for a lower variant else I have to pay the new taxes and wait till 15th April. This is the most terrible atitude I have seen from any car dealer.

                                Similar thing happened to me also.

                                They are selling the already booked cars in black. I have booked car on 6-March. Car was received by dealer on 2-April. Dealer sold that to some one else, communicated me on 14-April to produce finance documents.

                                When i enquire in i found they sold the car that was allotted to me.
                                Yes I agree, they promise something and do something, not an organisation with integrity. Kropex sucks...

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to inform you that i have taken a auto insurance for a Chevrolet Spark bearing vehicle number KA 51 Z 1242. Recently on a sunday(07/03/2010) there has been a theaft on my car where in the wheels were missing and some damages to the body were noticed as i had parked the car on a main road in front of a hospital.I had clearly informed the company that this incident has happen and had logged a complaint on the same day and have also got an acknowledgement for the same. The pictures for the same also has been taken. Now the pepole at your office say they require a FIR or else they cannot give a claim. Where as the police deprtement has issued a form 76/a which is sufficiant for a claim. Now if this claim is not happening i will have to seriously take further steps for the same. If this is the kind of service from tata aig then i feel it is difficult to promote auto insurance from my company as i am heading the finance and insurance department in a cheveolet dealership in bangalore called Kropex India Limited. I will have to forcefully deviate all my customers to any other insurance company. Waiting for your early reply.
