Krupalu Rice Industries — Need help regarding the refund

Actually i booked a train ticket from vadodra to etawha in today (03.06.2020) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and order id: ixitr[protected]jun 2020 i want help regarding this refund
