Actually i booked a train ticket from vadodra to etawha in today (03.06.2020) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and order id: ixitr[protected]jun 2020 i want help regarding this refund

    Hola creo que cometi un error al enviar mi pedido con num.209984 yo queria 4 articulos y se enviaron 18 no se que ocurio quiero la cancelacion para volver a hacer mi pedido nuevamente. En mexico cobran muchos impuestos no puede uno pedir tantos articulos juntos por fabor estoy muy preocupada por ese motivo le suplico me ayuden con mi asunto a la brevedad posible muchas gracias la compra fue el 12 de enero y tenia un pedido pendiente otro con num 171598 que paso con eso.
