Ksn Honda — They have given poor service

I have taken AMC from KSN honda for the year Jan 2014 to JAn 2015. As per the terms, they have to give 4 service and 2 water service . They have not attended any of my complaint which i told them. I had told the noise coming out from front side. Even one of the service they haven't done the water wash to the vehicle. It is not happening for me alone. It is experience of all the customer who had given service to them. They never given on time. It is not only KSN Honda, KUN honda - Ashok nagar also has poor record on service. Atleast in KSN Honda, they speak politely but in KUN Honda, there behaviour rude to the customer. If they going to serve in this manner, I am sure that Honda will loose customer base. Only Name Honda remain in the history of India.
