KSOU — KSOU/VET - Failure to provide the mark sheets

My name is Soniya Thongam and I had enrolled in M.Tech IT in Karnataka State Open University, Mysore off campus in Delhi from Virtual Education Trust (http://www.vet.pctiltd.com) UU-11, Pitampura, Delhi. My study centre is at VAG Infotech, South - Ex part 1, New Delhi. I have completed all the semesters successfully but have not received Mark Sheet for the 4th Semester examination held in December 2012.I have cleared the exam according to the online results. I have been chasing the concerned persons at the centre but there has been no help from their end and no action has been taken so far. Please look into the issue and kindly take appropriate action as my mark sheet is already delayed by almost 2 years. My Enrollment Number is – 1021DMTE0664.
